1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Vigintake's services ("Services"), you are consenting to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to all terms, you will not be able to access our Services.
2. License Grant
Vigintake grants you a limited, personal, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, royalty-free, nonexclusive license to use the Services internally in accordance with our documentation.
3. Restrictions
You may not copy, distribute, rent, lease, or use the Services for the benefit of a third party. Reverse engineering or attempting to obtain the source code is strictly prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property
Vigintake retains all intellectual property rights relating to the Services. You retain all right, title, and interest in and to your Customer Data.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
The services are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. Vigintake disclaims all express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
Vigintake shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any amount in excess of €100.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Spain, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.
